Partnership Philosophy

My mission is to provide people with the education and tools they need to take control of their health. Part of that mission involves establishing strategic partnerships when I believe they can provide value to my audience. Because trust is so important, I want to be transparent about the criteria I use when evaluating potential partners.

My Criteria:

01

I'd use it myself, or hand it to family.

02

It solves a genuine problem for my audience.

03

The company holds high quality and ethics standards.

I apply these standards to the best of my ability and continually reassess them as new information becomes available. Over time, this process has allowed me to curate partners that I believe provide true value. A list of current partnerships can be found below.

It's equally important to understand what is not on that list. I decline the vast majority — roughly 90% — of partnership opportunities I receive. Over the years, I've turned down six-figure opportunities involving supplements, pre-workouts, and from pharmaceutical companies because they did not meet the standards outlined above.

I am grateful for your support, your time, and, most importantly, your trust. That trust is not something I take lightly.

Stay Curious.

N Product shot coming soon NOHO Labs
Prescription Peptides · Telemedicine

NOHO Labs

The Problem

Prescription peptides can be immensely useful tools, but the current marketplace is saturated with impure gray-market products and often lacks appropriate clinical oversight. This creates risk for individuals seeking to explore these therapies.

The Solution

NOHO Labs provides a telemedicine platform that combines high-quality pharmaceutical-grade peptides with comprehensive medical supervision. The platform is supported by experienced clinicians who evaluate patients, provide individualized guidance, and oversee treatment responsibly.

This is the platform I and my family use for prescription peptides.

Microplastic-Binding Probiotic

Winnow Labs

The Problem

Microplastics are an increasingly common environmental exposure and a growing health concern. Emerging research has linked higher microplastic burdens to a range of adverse health outcomes, including cardiovascular disease and dementia. While exposure is difficult to avoid entirely, you can reduce the amount that gets into your body.

The Solution

Scientists at Winnow Labs have developed a probiotic formulation containing a consortium of microbes designed to bind microplastics within the gastrointestinal tract. The goal is to help facilitate the removal of these particles through normal digestive processes before they can be absorbed and distributed throughout the body.

I personally take a Winnow Labs probiotic every morning.

S Product shot coming soon Seatopia seafood
Clean, Sustainable Seafood

Seatopia

The Problem

A lot of seafood is contaminated with pollutants, endocrine disruptors, microplastics, or is sourced in ways that are environmentally unsustainable. For people trying to optimize their health, it can be surprisingly difficult to find seafood that is both highly nutritious and exceptionally pure.

The Solution

Seatopia uses a unique aquaculture system designed to optimize for both human nutrition and seafood purity while maintaining the highest standards of sustainability.

To me, Seatopia represents a rare example of optimized human nutrition meeting exceptional environmental and ethical standards.

A Product shot coming soon Accentrate Omega-Max
LPC-DHA · Brain Health

Accentrate Omega-Max

The Problem

One of the most important nutrients for long-term brain health is DHA, a long-chain omega-3 fatty acid that is highly concentrated in the brain. In Alzheimer's disease, brain DHA levels can become depleted, which is one reason why regular consumption of fatty fish is associated with better cognitive health and a lower risk of cognitive decline. However, not all forms of DHA are equally effective at reaching the brain. A specialized form known as lysophosphatidylcholine DHA (LPC-DHA) crosses into the brain more efficiently than conventional DHA.

The Solution

Accentrate Omega-Max provides DHA in this specialized LPC-DHA form. For individuals at elevated risk of Alzheimer's disease (I myself am an ApoE4/4 homozygote) or for those who consume little fatty fish, this may offer an additional strategy for supporting long-term brain DHA levels.

I view this as my omega-3 insurance policy: an extra layer of support designed to help ensure that my brain has access to one of the key nutrients associated with cognitive health and healthy aging.

K Product shot coming soon Kenetik ketone drink
Exogenous Ketones · D-BHB

Kenetik

The Problem

In certain situations, increasing ketone levels can be beneficial. Ketones serve as an alternative fuel source for the brain and can influence a variety of metabolic processes. Some people pursue higher ketone levels for specific medical reasons, such as for inflammatory bowel disease or epilepsy, while others simply report improved energy, focus, or well-being when ketone levels are elevated. Although nutritional ketosis can be achieved through a ketogenic diet or prolonged fasting alone, some people enjoy further boosting ketones using exogenous ketones. Existing options include ketone esters, ketone salts, and ketone precursors such as medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).

The Solution

Kenetik provides exogenous ketones in the form of free D-beta-hydroxybutyrate (D-BHB), the same ketone body naturally produced by the human body. Compared with ketone esters, I find it to be a more economical and accessible option, and compared with ketone salts, it avoids the large salt load that some individuals may wish to limit.

I also appreciate the formulation itself, including no artificial sweeteners and sweetened with allulose.
